I am a PhD student at the University of Science and Technology of China, advised by Prof. Junxian Wang and will soon join the Shanghai Astronomical Observatory as a postdoctoral researcher. I completed my undergraduate studies in Physics at University of Science and Technology of China. During Sep 2023 to May 2025, I studied at the IPMU as a visiting student under the supervision of Prof. John D. Silverman.
I am interested in the physics of the active galactic nuclei (AGNs) and how the supermassive black holes (SMBHs) evolve with their host galaxies across cosmic time. I am experienced in UV/optical spectroscopic survey data analysis and will dedicate to develop multi-wavelength skills to answer these questions. My current research focuses on the study of the existance and properties of the intermediate-mass black holes (IMBHs).
Beyond the research, I am interested in hiking, enjoying the nature and the adventure. I possess a junior instructor certificate for mountain sports and wildness first aid certificate from WMAI. I organized and envolved in many group expeditions to the mountains in China and lead the chair of the Association of Scientific Expedition USTC (ASEUSTC) for a year.
